They took down my posters! It's not the first time we have had our Posters removed before events that affect change in local communities in Cape Town. An Apostolic Breakthrough Conference in Fishhoek comes to mind - 1997. But after Pastor Clyde and Llynith Davids evanglised Malibu in the municipal district of Helderberg, they realized God is sending them into the highways and biways to bring in the harvest. People who had indicated they were going to attend the Good News production in the local School Hall cancelled and they were worried. They felt inspired to dress up get a vuvuzela and become the town criers for Jesus! Kids from hte streets ran into the hall - see photograph to prove kids running to the production of Good News! Town Crier Pastor Clyde Davids Kids running into Malibu High for the Good News! So Who also wants to give their life to Jesus?

Lift up the name of Jesus! Final Preparations. Jacqueline Louw has excelled as one of the senior dancers If you wanna get saved raise your hand...! "So who also wants to give their life to Jesus?" That's the altar call today! So simple after a whole play that preaches the Gospel of Jesus' Good News to our generation. There is a scene in Good News where the character gives their life to Jesus and confesses his Lordship. The cast and crew have included their personal testimonies in the script and shared it with many audiences over the last year. Today, Arthur really spoke into the hearts and minds of the kids at De Grendel School, in Milnerton near our Church. it was so easy! When God works it normally is easier than when we try to reach people. God anointed His Word in the Production and kids responded - they not only put up their hands and came forward they climbed up on stage and we needed just about all the cast members to help pray for them. Yo

Prophetic Acting releases God's Power

Image
I practically grew up on stage travelling with my parents while they were performing the Dylan Show throughout South Africa. But I did not think that I would act on stage like my Dad. God gave Andre the concept of Acting Prophecy through tongues and interpretation one day, and he eventually wrote a thesis about it, it is available from Pelser Media if you would like to read the summarized version. Apostle Andre and Nola have written, directed and performed various Productions like: "The Gospel Plough" (Market Theatre) the Dylan show (Baxter Theatre Cape Town.) and "The Prisoners" (Brisbane Australia); "Job the Musical" (Cape Town) and they have seen many souls saved as a result. When the opportunity presented itself, I decided to write a play that would summarize some of the actual miracles we have seen in ministry over the years. The plot unfolds through the eyes of Stella, a promising journalist that goes through her training with flying colours and then

Good News for Bellville!

Image
When teenagers start handing out hundreds of flyers to complete strangers in the streets of Bellville, you have to acknowledge that God is at work. "Your sons and your daughters will prophesy" is part of the benefits of being filled with the Holy Spirit. it also includes the power to be a witness for Jesus and spread ht Good news that he has died for our sins and that he rose form the dead to enforce His victory over death and hell. Jesus is building His Church and the gates of "bell vill" not prevail, I mean the gates of hell will not prevail! Well done to Pastor Billy Strauss for organizing the battle plan and Pastor Jean-Pierre Uys from the Tygerberg area for getting people to take off a few hours to reach the lost and invite people from the highways and byways of Voortrekker, Durban and Bill Bezuidenhout roads. Prophet Celeste prayed prophetically and sparked off the outreach yesterday. What a great group of students that are eager and not ashamed of the Gospel

What a wonderful year it has been and after reaching many countries as a ministry for Jesus, we have a great opportunity to reach ... BELLVILLE! While driving on the N1 during December last year, the Holy Spirit clearly spoke to me about producing Good News at the Bellville Civic Centre. We booked it by faith and yesterday we had a site meeting to discuss how to incorporate some new scenes and exciting multi-media additions. Pastor Jean-Pierre Uys is overseeing the brand new Church Area of Tygerberg and his team will help us a great deal in the next few weeks. He has also prepared some awesome new footage in the Village scene that I can't tell you too much about - TOP SECRET STUFF. Last night Marco Meyer did his debut recording for Pelser Media and I enjoyed working with him for the new soundtrack entitled "Seeing in the Spirit" we celebrated close to midnight with some Brazilian Coffee - after 10 hours in Rolf Pearson's M& M Studios yesterday he is allowed to

Art of Surf Exhibition

When I first learnt about the Impressionists I found that they had to rent a space to hold their first exhibition and received terrible criticisms: EMILE CARDON, LA PRESSE, "The exhibition of the Revoltes", April 29, 1874 "There thus remain MM. Degas, Cezanne, Monet, Sisley, Pissarro, Mlle Berthe Morisot etc. etc., the disciples of M. Manet, the pioneers of the painting of the future, the most convinced and authoritative representatives of the  School of Impressionism . This school does away with two things: line, without which it is impossible to reproduce any form, animate or inanimate, and colour, which gives the form the appearance of reality. Dirty three-quarters of a canvas with black and white, rub the rest with yellow, dot it with red and blue blobs at random, and you will have an  impression  of spring before which the initiates will swoon in ecstasy. Smear a panel with grey, plonk some black and yellow lines across it, and the enlightened few, th
